VULCAN Completion Products was founded in 2016 by a team of industry professionals whose careers specialize in the design and manufacture of engineered solutions for the completions market within the global Oil & Gas Industry.  
  Together the team has over 100 years’ application, design and manufacturing experience, and has been responsible for introducing ground breaking, innovative products to the completions market over the past 25 years.
  The industry is always driving forward, seeking new equipment and solutions. VCP strive to offer innovation and application based engineered solutions. We focus on setting new performance standards for our revolutionary products, built to withstand the world’s most demanding wells

  The VCP team are the original innovators over the past 25 years in the casing and cementing accessory field. We continue to lead the way in design, development, testing and manufacturing of cementing and completion products for specific client applications.  
  We have the capability to manufacture our products utilising various production techniques and a wide range of specialized materials.  
  We have over 100 patents to our names and continue to introduce innovative products to the market such as the new under-reamed PHAZER™ product lines.  
 
  Our product line is manufactured across the world at multiple API and ISO qualified facilities.  
  These manufacturing facilities and manufacturing partners specialise in the following process’: Spring Steel and steel forming / pressing Heat Treatment CNC Milling and Machining Bead Blasting Powder coating Galvanizing Die Casting Sand Casting Pressure moulding Injection Moulding
